You don’t have an action problem
I am not an accountability coach.
The people I work with are self-motivated.
Action is never the problem.
They have a bias for action.
The people who seek me out for coaching know that they. need to go upstream from their action.
They need to work on their mindset.
Because though precedes action.
When you can shift your thinking, you can take wildly different action in the world.
And that produces results.

So we spend a lot of time uncovering the invisible beliefs that drive them.
These beliefs come from a variety of sources.
Some of it was modeled for them.
Some were imposed by society.
Others were formulated as survival strategies early in life.
But when you slow down, examine your beliefs, and decide to replace them, that’s when you really take off.
Slow down to speed up.
If you aren’t getting the results you want, it’s not for lack of action.
You need a new mindset.
