A 4% shift

What keeps most people from undergoing true transformation is the belief that it requires a huge amount of effort to bring about.

But the truth for most high performers is that a 4% shift is enough to produce radical transformation.

A 4% shift can stem from a single insight.

A single insight could be how you answer one of the following sets of questions:

  1. What is 20% of my work that gives me 80% of my results?

How can I lean into that more to have even greater impact?

(And what can I eliminate so I can do this?)

  2. What is one thing that is the biggest drain on my energy?

What would happen if I found a way to eliminate or reduce this?

What would that free up for me and where would I focus?

  3. What problem in my life is not a real problem, but rather, a recurring problem?

What is the perfect system I have to keep this problem in my life?

How can I modify this system to set me up for success?

  4. If I were to s-l-o-w down and breathe, what solution or insight would arise?

What would happen if I opened up an hour or two on my calendar on a weekly basis for white space?

What creative or innovative insights would emerge?

  5. Where am I not trusting myself?

What would happen if I got quiet enough for my intuition to speak up?

Once you get the insight, the only question you need to ask yourself is:

“What is the tiniest step I can take based on this insight?”

This is how you create a 4% shift.

This is how real transformation occurs.

This is how you make the impossible possible.

This is how you create magic.
